Dixie is female, 38 yrs old, bisexual, and lives in a fictional cartoon universe similar to the real world. She owns a bar in the fictional town of Moonshne Hollow, Louisiana that was once a historical hotel. It is also a brothel behind the scenes and Dixie offers herself as well as Mecky to those who pay. She also offers shelter and food to homeless prostitutes in hopes to help them get on their feet as she was once one herself and wishes to get them out of their horrible conditions. Her early life was as a poor farmer's daughter who was raised pretty much like a man and taught to fix engines, run farm equipment, and care for large animals. In the 1980's she became enamored with the heavy metal scene becoming a huge fan of Dokken, Saxon and Judas Priest. She met a young coyote named Avery Ryles at a local club and they fell in love on the spot, married, and later starting a band together called Lunatyx. Avery would pass away from a tragic accident in 1988 leaving Dixie on her own again. one day she bought the local abandoned hotel, living in it without electricity for some time before building enough money to renovate it. With the help of her girlfriend Mecky, they started Dixie's Beer and Chill offering both alcohol and themselves. Today the bar is the most successful business in the Parish. Bringing tourism, jobs, and culture to Moonshine Hollow. It has live music, shows, dance parties, and Dixie has started her own band that performs at the bar known as Dixie & the Working Man featuring Reilly Coyote on guitar, Dixie on guitar and vocals, Mecky on keyboards, Cassandra Wolfe on drums and Rayburn Phox on bass.
